My name is Zach Driscoll, and I am passionate about helping goalies succeed both on and off the ice.

I began my hockey career playing for the Eastview youth hockey association, in Apple Valley, Minnesota. After two years of varsity hockey, including a state tournament appearance in 2013, I left high school my senior year to pursue junior hockey. Fast forward three years, including seasons in the NAHL, BCHL, and USHL, I began my collegiate career at St. Cloud State University. Following my freshman year, I was faced with the tough decision of going back to the USHL. Using that adversity as motivation, I was awarded the Dave Peterson USA Hockey Junior Goaltender of the year award.

I spent the next three seasons at Bemidji State University, where I was named to the All-Conference team three times, but I also pride myself on being the WCHA Scholar-Athlete of the year my senior year.

I used my final year of eligibility to transfer to the University of North Dakota, where I was named to the All-Conference team in the NCHC. I was also named the NCAA Senior CLASS Athlete of the year. The NCAA Senior CLASS Award focuses on the total student-athlete and encourages students to use their platform in athletics to make a positive impact as leaders in their communities.

After finishing my college career, I played two years of professional hockey for the Indy Fuel, the ECHL affiliate of the Chicago Blackhawks, retiring with the most wins in franchise history.

I have provided individual instruction and coached camps for many years, and am currently working as the goalie coordinator for the Alexandria Area Hockey Association, as well the varsity goalie coach for both the boy’s and girl’s high school programs. I am extremely excited to continue passing along my knowledge and love for the game to the next generation of goalies.
